How will you print my images?
We print photographically using the latest laser driven printers directly onto true FUJIFILM photographic paper.
What are your frames made of?
All our frames are either made from forestry sustainable wood or polcore which is made from recycled polystyrene.
How are frames glazed?
All frames are supplied glazed with high quality acrylic. If you wish, you can select ArtGlass, an ultra-clear non reflective and 70% non UV filtering glass.
What are you measuring when you quote the frame size?
When we quote a size, for example 16 x 12” this is the measurement of the internal glazing. The frame, dependent on what you choose will be in addition.
How will my frame be sent back to me?
We send your frame via Royal Mail for small frames and via Courier for larger ones. All postage and Packing is FREE to any UK address.
How long will it take to get my framed print?
All framed prints are built to order so please allow up to 3 working days in production. (Please allow for postage times If you order ClearView glass, please allow up to 5 days.
Why do some of the wood finish frames appear differently?
Due to the nature of natural wood, some frames may vary slightly in colour, texture and finish.
The size I want is not listed, can I order a bespoke frame.

I already have a print/artwork, do you sell just the Frame Only?
Yes, we manufacture all frames as Frame Only if you wish. As most peoples artwork is bespoke, please contact our Customer Service Team at enquiries@thispicture.com

Your entire order is printed and manufactured by our team of expert technicians and craftsmen in our factory in Warwickshire, UK.
Are your frames supplied with a hanging kit?
Yes, all framed prints come with a hanging kit ready to hang.
What is your returns policy?
All our frames come with a 3 Year Quality Assurance Guarantee.* As every order however, is custom made and we are unable to resell the frames, we only offer a refund if the product is faulty or damaged in transit.
